We employ some of the nation's leading commercial artists, have on-site photography studios, in-house mail list processing, and, most importantly, we control and operate our own printing presses. Working with Picture Perfect is easy and efficient. You simply supply us with text, candidate photos, and a mailing list. We do the rest - from full creative, printing, list processing, and mail house services to final delivery to the proper postal facility.

CREATIVE:
Once we have received your text, our creative team and art department develop a proof. Our talented artists ensure that your mailer captures the voter's eye and effectively communicates your message. Your mailer's first proof is posted on our web site. You are then given a web site access code enabling your campaign team to view your proof in color anywhere and at any time.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
Our custom campaign images and thousands of stock images are available for your campaign. If we do not have a photo or image that fits your needs, we can create it instantly using our on-site photography studio. By utilizing state-of-the-art digital photography, valuable time is saved since no film processing or scanning is involved.

PRINTING:
Our printing presses are the newest in print technology. Using both sheet feed and web presses, we provide the highest quality four-color printing available.

LIST PROCESSING:
You may email or send us your mailing list on disk. We provide "householding" of names and purging of duplicate names and addresses as part of our standard service. Please see "How to supply PPC with your mailing list" for details.

MAIL HOUSE SERVICES / POSTAL DELIVERY:
After printing and list processing have occurred, our mail house gets to work on the list sorting and ink jet addressing of your mailer. At no additional charge, you may use our company mailing permit indicia. Our unique permit does not have a city or state listed in the postmark area. Consequently, there is no indication of your mailer's origin. Once we have qualified and paid postage for your mailer at our local postal facility, we drop ship it directly to your campaign's local postal facility. The mail is pre-approved with political "red tags" attached so the day it arrives it is treated as first class mail - arriving in the voter's home as soon as the following day.

COST:
Simply review our rate index and choose the size of your mailer and number of households you need to reach. You will see a price per piece. This is all inclusive for mail production and covers every aspect of Picture Perfect Campaign's services.
